NVIAAI Board of Directors
Nominations are held during the month of August of each year.

Elections
Held during September with results announced during October at the Annual General Membership Meeting.

Membership Renewals
Membership runs for one calendar year. Membership renewals are held during the month of July.

Annual General Membership Meeting

The NVIAAI usually conducts the AGM in conjunction with the Annual Training Conference held in October. Notices for the date, time, and location of the AGM will be posted on our website and emails sent to each members email address on file with the Secretary of the NVIAAI.

Board of Directors Meeting

Members of the NVIAAI are welcomed and encouraged to attend any of the regular scheduled Board of Directors Meetings.

The NVIAAI Board of Directors conduct monthly board meetings on the 1st or 2nd Wednesday of each month via video conference through the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) at multiple locations throughout the state of Nevada. Locations are subject to last minute changes by the Nevada System of Higher Education – System Computing Services based of class schedules and availability of the rooms and equipment. Every effort will be made by the board to keep our members updated to any changes.
